What is your return & refund policy?

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Are all purchases final sale?

Yes — because our products are made specifically for each order, all sales are final.

Exceptions apply only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be processed and fulfilled.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We’re starting small to ensure the best experience for our customers.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
